The CW DC Arrowverse Crossovers on Blu-ray

Someone had a question about how the crossover episodes are presented on Blu-ray. I figured this would be an easy, quick reference:

2019-2020, Crisis on Infinite Earths: all five episodes are included with Arrow Season 8, Batwoman Season 1, Flash Season 6, and Supergirl Season 5 (possibly with Legends of Tomorrow Season 5 as well, TBA) (Black Lightning is officially part of the Arrowverse now.)

2018-2019, Elseworlds: all three episodes are included with Arrow Season 7, Flash Season 5, Supergirl Season 4 (Batwoman is introduced into the Arrowverse.)

2017-2018, Crisis on Earth-X: all four episodes are included with Arrow Season 6, Flash Season 4, Legends of Tomorrow Season 3, Supergirl Season 3

2016- 2017, Duet: Flash appears briefly at the end of the Supergirl episode "Star-Crossed", then Supergirl appears in the episode "Duet" on The Flash; episodes included with their respective shows

2016-2017, Invasion: three episodes appear in their respective Blu-ray sets for Arrow Season 5, Flash Season 3, Legends of Tomorrow Season 2

2015-2016, Worlds Finest: One episode of The Flash Season 2 shows Barry leaving Earth 1; Barry appears in the Supergirl Season 1 episode "Worlds Finest"; episodes included with their respective shows

2015-2016, Heroes Join Forces: The Flash and Arrow team up to fight Vandal Savage; this two-parter launches Legends of Tomorrow; episodes included with both shows' sets (Arrow Season 4, The Flash Season 2)

2014-2015, Flash vs. Arrow: The main characters of each show visit each other's city; episodes included with their respective shows (Arrow Season 3, The Flash Season 1)

2013-2014: Arrow Season 2, Episodes 8 & 9 -- Barry Allen appears on Arrow before he gets his own show.
