Default Biggest "oh shiet" moment in a movie at the theatre

What's the biggest "ohhh shieetttt" moment you experienced at the theatre?

Spoiler alert!

For me it was when (you don't wanna read if you haven't seen The Departed!)
[Show spoiler]Leo got X
in The Departed.

Crowd went silent.

Cap lifting up that hammer.

Few moments in film history have been as satisfying as that one.

Also, the ending for Saw.

For me, same movie but different moment:
[Show spoiler]when the Sloth victim coughs.
I saw the movie opening night, and you couldn't hear the dialogue for the next several minutes because everyone (myself included) was gasping/nervously laughing/whispering about that moment.

Oh yes. I'm no fan of jump scares because they're rarely pulled off effectively but that was something else entirely.

I was working in a theater when Endgame came out. I ended up being the only manager who could work most of the day. One was on vacation and the other was in college until 7pm or so. So I was the only manager from about 5 am to 730pm. I ended up with mild food poisoning and I wasn't sleeping due to the sheer amount of stress that weekend brought me. The one thing that made me happy was when I would walk in to the theater right as that scene was happening just to see the audience's reaction. I've been to concerts quieter than that reaction. It was insane. I could be in the office and hear the cheers from a nearby screen.
