Maybe some will get lucky if Random Space Media has a release. The shipping cost from Japan is outrageous. I'd just rather be certain I'm getting the 3D version, to me that's worth it to keep my MCU steelbook 4K+3D collection intact.

I can sacrifice 2 or 3 purchases throughout the year and wait for Black Friday to get them at a discount instead.

I opted for the non-steel Movienex 4K + 3D version at YesAsia for US$77 shipped for my 3D collection. Add the U.S. 4K steel for my steelbook collection and I'm STILL under what this costs.

Random Space Media will not be releasing this or any other Marvel title in 3D. They have said multiple times that they do not have the ability to obtain or release Disney/Marvel/Fox titles in 3D.

Ppl get confused because of spider man, they forget its a Sony Marvel movie, different from Disney/marvel ones.

Amazon JP has now lowered the shipping cost for this title. Cancelled my preorder and reordered with Global Priority Shipping.

Were you able to place another order for the steelbook? Or are you talking about the standard 4K + 3D release? I think the steelbook has been sold out since a day or two after the pre-order went live.
