Dreamworks Puss in Boots The Last Wish 3D Blu-ray (2022) [Region Free]

Puss In Boots: The Last Wish 3D Blu-ray REGION FREE

https://turbine-shop.de/en/Puss-in-B...ray-3D/6961366

Original post:
RealD tweeted the Puss in Boots: The Last Wish poster, all but confirming a 3D release. It hits theaters on December 21st, 2022.

Here’s hoping it’s a 3D extravaganza on par with Dreamworks Animation’s prior films, rather than a native post-conversion as The Bad Guys was.

Liked the first one in 3D very much.

Hope this will also have great use of 3D and finds its way to a Blu-ray 3D!

I’m a bit confused by the term native post-conversion…?

They rendered a 2nd camera, so The Bad Guys 3D has the fine detail of a native production. But the film doesn’t appear to have been animated for 3D, so there isn’t much happening on the Z-axis. It has less pop-out than Jurassic World Dominion.

How do you know they rendered a second camera for The Bad Guys? The credits list stereo compositors, which I would think of as being involved in the typical 2D to 3D conversion process. Could even be a mix of both methods.

Because the detail looks too fine to have had a depth map rotoscoped onto it. IMDb also lists Stereo D credits for The Bad Guys, suggesting the 3D conversion was outsourced to them rather than being done in-house as with prior Dreamworks Animation films.

New trailer up:

Releasing in RealD 3D this Christmas.
I'll have to wait one more month as this film is coming out on January 20 2023 in India.

Hope this gets a future 3D disc by some (RSM) miracle (!!!)

Already got an award here in Germany, saying, this movie is "especially valuable" culture.

The movie looks great. But i didn't like a bit about the painting style they used to do it. It's more like CGI brush painting style or cell shading. I liked the previous painting style, it felt more natural.

Just hoping here it get's the 3D version or i'll skip it and wait for the blu-ray 3D.

I also notice during the action scenes, they're probably going for an anime style, and drastically cut the frames per second it looks like, for a more choppy animation style.

I don’t know how this is going to work, assuming Avatar will have all 3D screens taken for some weeks, this might not even see a 3D show in theaters.

Advance tickets went on sale yesterday at my local AMC and they have one 3D show a day.

Good point. Avatar 2's 3D is going to understandably take up all of the 3D projectors. The timing of this release is not great for a 3D film to be competing with that blockbuster 3D film. They should have brought this out earlier or in early 2023 when it would have room to shine more.

1 3D show time hopefully at least at most theaters.

Wow they will really try to sandwich a 3D show there in between.

Does anyone else think this animation looks off? Like a downgrade from the previous animation?

I saw that, I guess I should have been more clear. I was searching for other opinions. To me, it looks less stellar than prior animation. But thank you.
