Not really. Summer will go by fast because it's summer, which sucks.

Not really a three hour premiere since the first hour is just a recap of the first two seasons, but I'm excited. Hopefully they learned from season two's mistakes and make season three better.

Agreed. They better not just basically redo the first season again. That was all the first part of Season2 was. I think they will learn from the mistakes, plus it looks like we are gonna get a true Supervillian.

Yeah, I figured someone would reply saying....."well technically it's two hours" lol. Yeah, I knew that. Just trying to make conversation.

And I really hope season 3 is better than season 2. Last season wasn't that much great at all.

Gee, well, I don’t have much to tell, other than the fact that in the first three minutes one of the lead heroes is going to bust a cap off at one of the other lead heroes. And oh yeah, the guy she pulls the trigger on just might be the guy she’s playing tonsil hockey with in real life. She also tells him (on cam), “I always loved you.” Whaaa?! Figured it out? I know you have, so discuss in the comments below! Oh, and even more shocking? We’re gonna see Claire-bear with dark hair and this also involves a shift in time. So very Lostalicious, no?

So who's planning on watching this tonight? Will you watch the recap also or just the two hour episode?

Well jsut somethign i thought might be a direction they might go in with this new character.
I also get that feeling. The kid was adopted after all, right?

Yeah, but one ability at a time is not good enough. He probably needs to hold everybody's hands together at the same time lol.

Why now though? They are being hunted and NOW is the time they (writers) give him only one ability. I would have been fine with this if atleast Hiro had his power.

Theoretically yes. Practically I dunno, may be they all get together, talk about their feelings and then Samuel hangs himself...
Sylar & Peter from S1/S2 wouldn't need anybodys help to dispatch someone like Samuel...

I came to know this news today. NBC has begun making unofficial noise about which ones of their shows will be coming back and which will go bye-bye, but so far, no comment over the fate of Heroes.

Although the show's concept is sort of a ripoff of the X-Men concept of people evolving to have super powers, I have to admit it was enjoyable. The acting was all very well done as were the slices of life that introduced you to each character. The effects are kept very low-key making it more believable than the typical super hero show.

Except the X-men actually went out and used their powers... a lot. Heroes is more about hiding from the general public, crying they can't be normal, then when the world is about to be destroyed and they have no other choice THEN use their powers. If they really want the show to keep going, they have got to stop the hiding and have people use their powers.. and use them wisely.

This is what bothered me about the show. They actually hated their powers and didn't want to use them. I understood their complaints and hating who they were during the first season. Because it was something that was new to them.

But I was hoping after the first season they would embrace who they were and become somewhat like the X-Men. I was wanting them to be out in the opening and interact within the world, with everyone knowing their presence. But since they look just like everyone else, no one knows for sure who has powers. This could have presented some interesting storylines.
