Rumor that Paramount is rebooting G.I. Joe with Michael Keaton.

No, but I can imagine Keaton will be in a leadership role like Randy Quaid was in GI Joe 1 live action. Or was that Dennis Quaid?

What happened to the M.A.S.K. GI Joe cross-over film?

They just rebooted it no less than 2 years ago. It was barely a GI Joe movie and more of a neo-jidaigeki.

I always felt/hoped another Joe film could be better than what’s been released thus far (not exactly difficult) as long as they adhere more closely to the character/vehicle designs and overall template set out in the animated series (silly episodes aside).

I’d want to see decent representations of Cobra Commander and Destro to begin with - a couple of proper, iconic villains, yet were pretty poorly realised in the live action films.

I actually find the second G.I. Joe movie to be superior to the first one.

I like both (maybe second a little more), shame there was no part three. Snake Eyes reboot missed the point completely.
