I don't hate Halloween III, and I don't think it is a disaster. I do however think it is over-hyped.

I don't think it's a overlooked classic nor do I think it's a over-hyped disaster, although I voted overlooked classic. Not only is it my favorite Halloween sequel, it's one of my favorite movies and guilty pleasures. As much as I love it I can't recommend it.

I thought it was terrible when I first watched it. I watched it again at the tail end of last year and I still think it's really bad.

Some cool fx shots, and a nice concept, but just such a dull execution.

If it wasn't part of the Halloween series I don't think people would be talking about it at all, and I REALLY don't get this recent turnabout on it as some overlooked gem.

I love the 1st halloween movie. Halloween 3 is it's own thing and I'm fine with that.

Overlooked Classic. I've always loved it and feel it is unfairly dumped on over the tired "Michael Myers isn't in it" excuse. Based on the original concept JC and Debra Hill had for a Halloween franchise it makes perfect sense why he isn't in it.

I've only watched the 10 official clips on YouTube, and I think it's shockingly bad. The performances are atrocious and the transplanted Bond villain seems like he wandered in from another movie, natch. The whole evil scheme is totally unconvincing and the atmosphere and design of the movie looks cheap and fake.

A classic, the only thing I didn't like is the whole bugs, snakes and spiders deal. That was pretty grotesque, thought it should have just been a laser coming from the chip/mask tag and kills the vicitms off and leave it at that. It also has one of the best soundtracks as well. It should have just been called Halloween: Season of the Witch (leave III out of the title.)

This blu ray version of Halloween 3 is outstanding.....

Though I wouldn't say "classic" like describing the first film, but it's definitely a hoot and a half 80's fun. It sits perfectly as a cult classic. Doesn't need to be looked at by the masses.
