RUSTED BODY. the third one, is very, very sleazy. I went looking at a particular site for random screenshots, and they're all stuff I simply can't post here.

If 88 can get all these through uncut, and they have a Nikkatsu deal, then there's a very long list of Japanese pink titles they have to select from. I'm still assuming someone at the BBFC will crack it at some of the rougher titles though. Hey 88, get Nikkatsu to give you screeners of Yasuharu Hasebe's notorious 70's films, and see if you might be able to get some of those through.

Please don't get Alexander Heller Nicholas to give an expert commentary on these films, I don't want to hear it.

I've seen "Entrails of a Beautiful Woman" (Bijo no harawata) a while ago, which I think is the same as "Guts of a Beauty" on here.

Basically this is some really really weird semi-cursed shit. Lots of uncomfortable just-about softcore sex scenes (lots of rape) and just a weird vibe throughout.

There's some fun crazy stuff but overall I can't really say I enjoyed it. Never really have got into the Japanese pinku stuff. Might use this release as an excuse to check out the other ones though, and might be interesting if there's some good extras on here.

Synapse released the first two films on DVD years ago & so far ONLY the first one has had a BD release in Austria.

Maybe any CUT ones will get US only releases. I wonder if the ones Mondo Macabro released on DVD years ago would get past the BBFC?

Also any commentaries on Pink films should be proper experts such as Jasper Sharp (Behind The Pink Curtain: The Complete History of Japanese Sex Cinema author) & Tom Mes etc.

Very very very strictly for fans of pinku, sleaze, transgressive genre trash and the more extreme end of anime (these aren't anime, but have a very similar vibe) only. I'm almost tempted to say that these fall into the east Asian softcore rape fantasy sub-genre as well, but they're not as intentionally titilating as the typical examples. But those who aren't into any of the above are unlikely to find anything of value and, it probably goes without saying but..., those who are easily triggered and/or offended should give this release an incredibly wide berth.
