Default HELP!!! LG 4K TV acting weird

I have an 82" LG 4K TV. It started doing the strangest thing last night. Every time I go through the different picture options nothing happens. The picture doesn't change at all. When I go into the advanced settings section I can't change anything. Only today has the screen changed when selecting some of the picture options. The picture itself doesn't change, but the screen goes black for a second when changing. It wasn't even doing that last night. I have a newish 4K player (i got it about a month or two ago) that's been acting up ever since I tried playing a used 4K of Star Trek 6.

I can no longer use Dolby Vision on my TV, as I get no picture, No matter what I do. And no matter what I try doing, I couldn't get that movie to play at all. During all this I could change the picture options and adjust picture settings. This is the weirdest thing ever I've ever encountered. No TV has ever done this. I am afraid my TV is going out. I cannot get a new one without going through some MAJOR hoops. Any help would be SO appreciated.
