If I want to order a movie from that list... and it says the Blu Ray disc is region free it would work on my US PS3? Ive been looking at ALOT of titles which arent out here in the US and im very tempted... if I order from Amazon.de how am i suppose to read what it says for payment methods? Do they still accept paypal and do most places ship to the US? Sorry if this has been asked alot.. im just trying to make sure im doing this right.

Yes, if liesinc has it listed as working in Region A player (like Bruce Almighty for example) then it will play in your US PlayStation 3.

For sites like Amazon.de, you just have to use your knowledge of what the screen SHOULD look like to order it, if you can't find it there try www.sendit.com who will also have a good selection.

You can also try http://babel.altavista.com to translate the entire website for you.

Amazon Japan has an english interface. Descriptions will still be Japanese but functions are english

You can also compare with HMV Japan - I have used them before for some SACD's and was pleased with the shipping times.

Here is their Blu-ray page in English. The version of "16 Blocks" from Japan, for example, has English 5.1 PCM uncompressed, better than the lossy versions released in North America.

EDIT - and yes, all region free BD's will work on your NA PS3, plus all Japan titles are Region A anyway if they are encoded, same as NA.
