Does anyone know the difference between the blue and grey label versions of the The Pacific and Band of Brothers Gift Box Set?

Im in a bidding war on eBay for the grey label version so I just want to know the differences ( if any )

Initial observations don't reveal a difference to me other than colour

Pretty sure the grey one is the DVD version. The details within should clarify if it is.
