I bought the LG 4K UBK80 player last year. I only use it for discs, no streaming.
In this one year I had one issue. 2 times during playback the player complete froze. The only way to get past it was to cut the power since it would not respond to anything else. First time was day one actually, first disc in the fist 5 minutes during a regular bluray disc. Second time, 1 year after the first, during a 4K disc. Both times after I started the movie again it played 100% like nothing happened. I use the player often with no other problems. I'm starting to believe that maybe something is interfering and perhaps caused those 2 incidents but I can't be sure. Is there anything that can affect the player and cause something like that? other devices maybe? some led lights I use around the room? Too many Multi-sockets? Any idead? |
