Default iTunes Extras no longer working on my PC

Went to check out the iTunes Extras for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse after watching the film on my HP Envy PC laptop...the movie played fine, the Extras Menu loaded fine, but when I selected the commentary, I was taken to a dark screen, and...nothing.

Exited, tried the next feature on the list...nothing. Tried the third...nothing. So, next tried The Fabelmans. Same exact thing. Tried Casablanca. Nothing. Scrolled all the way down to titles I've owned since 2007. Nothing.

The movies all play...the iItunes Extras menu page loads fine...they just have stopped working.

Chatted with customer support agent from India, seemed to have no idea what I was talking about.

Any thoughts? I'd appreciate it. One of the final recommendations was to uinstall and re-install iTunes, but if I do that, I'm afraid I'd lose all my music playlists.

Running 12.12.9.4., Windows 11, up to date.
