Funny that Walmart mentions Jake LaMotta in the cast, pretty sure he WAS NOT in The Hustler.

At $23 from WalMart, I'd say it's a good possibility.

Would also like to see: The Rack, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Exodus and Sweet Bird of Youth. Also, how about releasing Newman's personal favorite - The Silver Chalice!

I hope Disney piggy backs The Color of Money at the same time. I read that Scorsese did a re-master of it a year or two ago.

Great Cover art indeed!! I hope they really took their time in getting this ready for Blu-Ray. It was just on the other day & like Most great movies, I found myself watching a few minutes of it before moving on (it wasn't at the beginning, so hence my "few minutes" of viewing).

It'd be nice if they Did double up on this with THE COLOR OF MONEY, if in fact Scorcese did do recent work on it (for Blu-Ray).

Oct 1, 2009 article talking about Color of Money, they make no mention of "remaster" but they do talk about color correcting the blue pool table felt to make it green.

Right up there with anything Brando did period.

It might have been George C Scott's high-water mark too. Strangelove and Patton make it a tougher call but that case could definitely be made.
