Which Controller Colors does each console need?

Anybody else like having lots of controllers in different colors for your favorite consoles? I find it helps for multiplayer games and for always having an extra if batteries get low.

But what's the ideal mix colors each maker should produce?

For me, I'd like:

The Basics: Black, White
The Rainbow 6: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple
Metallics: Bronze, Silver, Gold
Pastels: Pink, Sky Blue, Light Green

I’m fine w/ the standard black or white, but you have a nice mix there. The only colorway I never go for is camouflage, never even saw military personnel using them but I guess it’s cool to have more options.

I want Sony and Nintendo to make a design lab like Xbox so we don’t have to wait on the colors to cycle in over the years.

Yea I was never into camo patterns or special pictures for the controllers. Perfectly happy for players who get them tho.

Normally I wouldn't already have 8 PS5 controllers, but in back to back years they were placed at a 33% savings so I chose to get them now and save some $$. I do wonder how many of the 14 on my wish list will get produced eventually.

I always like black controllers. Just a color that works and looks clean. You'll never see me buy a white controller, unless nothing else is available. White just gets dirty way too quickly.
