I've received the SC UK BD just now. It comes with a slip cover, 5.1 audio, BD-50 and the bonus features of the US BD - audio commentary, Bound by Fate featurette and deleted scenes. English SDH subs are available in addition to the Korean portions.
The disc is a MASSIVE improvement to the horribly encoded US BD. Grain exposure is excellent except for highlights. I assume they encoded this at a standard bitrate and optimised it for the normal sections. I wish we had a 4K by now (hopefully from A24 directly) but if this is it for the film on physical media, I'm fine with it.

As is somewhat typical, the review of the US release at Blu-ray.com is quite positive, yet in just a cursory scan through the disc its deficiencies in terms of picture quality were evident. The reviewers seem to be more motivated by encouraging sales than honestly informing prospective buyers. I have started to ignore any positive reviews here.

The film's audio is offered in either LPCM 2.0 or DTS-HD MA 5.1. The DTS 2.0 tracks are described audio and the audio commentary, respectively.
The subtitles are full English HoH / SDH and English for non-English dialogue, which is activated by default. Since the Lionsgate has only one English subtitle track, I would assume the English translation subtitles are burnt in on their release. If they are stylized, that might be a point in favor of the US release, because the subtitle tracks here are in a slightly thin, plain white font.

The U.K. BD has the foreign parts indeed player-generated and not burned in. Although I don’t speak Korean, I appreciate this as it allows speakers to disable these subs. And if they weren’t intended by Celine Song to stay on all the time, I think SC did the right thing with that and also the encode - it’s a massive improvement to the US one. Hope you enjoy yours, the film is tremendous.
On one hand, I want to buy it, but I'm really annoyed that it's available for streaming in 2160p.
Well, disc buyers just have to get used to that. Kino and others have been releasing great stuff recently and that's because of streaming providing a new transfer and financial stream (no pun intended) I'd say.
One bonus is it may be "2160p" but that's not going to be the same as a pressed disc @2160p is it? A lot of smoke and mirros to squeeze it down the telephone line. Saying that, I watched a 2160p stream last night and it looked great. File was around 25GB it would be at least double that for a disc but there is no disc so just need to live with that.
In the meantime we can support pressed discs if possible and if we want.
The DOLBY ATMOS track from the stream was one of the most effective uses of the format that I've ever heard in a non SCI FI/ HORROR/ ACTION movie... even compressed in a DD+ container.
Hopefully this title will get a future consideration for a UHD release.
