I want to get a new Blu Ray player and I am wondering if the PS3 is for me... - I am very much into gaming but I have heard the PS3 has had issues with choppyness (especially with sport games, which is what I primarily play). - I would also just like to know the limits of the PS3 as a Blu Ray player. What are the pros and cons? (I think i saw someone on this forum say that it can only output a 5.1 audio setup, is this true?) -I would also like to know what kind of firmware updates the PS3 can complete (Such as BD Live) and how future proof of a BD player it is. I am asking all this because I do not want to buy another Blu Ray player/game console for a while. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED, THANKS
