Jamie Foxx reportedly still hospitalized as friend begs for prayers

Reportedly still in the hospital after suffering a "medical complication," Jamie Foxx is in need of prayers.

Foxx's friend, Charles E. Alston, known as Charlie Mack, took to Instagram over the weekend to ask his followers to keep Foxx in their thoughts.

"I need you all to constantly keep our beloved brotha @iamjamiefoxx up whom we all [love] & care for dearly in our Hearts, Minds & Prayers!!!! We need you back Bro. As I always state a true champion isn’t the one that wins, it’s the one that meets & overcomes adversity," he expressed.

"You’re test becomes your testimony!! We all can’t wait to receive you back home to celebrate, laugh with and applaud you," he added.

Yeah at the time it didn't draw as much attention because it was easy to assume it was just a quick check-up or procedure.

Hadn't heard anything until I saw a random YouTube video asking Denzel about Jaime's condition. Some of the speculation I had seen was that he may have had a stroke or cardiac event but was treated quickly enough. Hope he's alright!

I always perceived Jamie Foxx as one of the fittest dudes in Hollywood, especially for his age.
Don't the big stars like Foxx have routine health checks before every movie?

I think it's recommended by insurance on both sides to have that done.
Every project makes serious investments in these actors and their well-being is essential to the success of the project, so Foxx probably gets check-ups at least twice a year.

Never the less, these "sudden incidents" appear to be happening with greater frequency and I think at a minimum it warrants inquiry, especially if we're looking at it through the lens of a wider public health issue.

Praying Foxx has a full recovery and is back at it soon.

That's probably not it, but it doesn't help they're staying silent about why (even if the rumors are true or partially).

Yeah. That's incredibly odd.

We all understand and know that "CelEbS hAve a RigHt tO pRivaCy, tOo" etc etc. We know. But it's only because we all seem to care about this guy. He's always been beloved.

Plus, you can’t expect to draw attention to something and simultaneously expect people not to wonder, discuss or inquire about it. It was in the news every week for MONTHS!

By posting his "I'm OK" video, he was giving us an answer to a question we don’t know. That’s BIZARRE!!!! It was obvious that he's definitely skinnier. More pale. His eyebrows were gone … and he's also missing the right side of his goatee. To lose that much weight in the face means he must have lost A LOT of weight on the body.

TMZ just reported that at the award ceremony that Jamie received, it was a “medical complication”

That term is usually used when plastic surgery goes wrong

Kanye West’s mom, Joan Rivers…etc both died from medical complications during plastic surgery

And THAT could be the reason Jaime is so “hush hush”… Could be why he refuses to say what it was.
