Question UK & US games equal ?

Hi,

Iīm wondering if the UK & US PS3 games are equal...?

UK people donīt dub US-english in British-english right ?
(weird question, I know)

And what about the booklets, do they have the same content / same language
( no british vocabularies instead of some US words for instance ) ?

Thnks.

Generally US games are cut for sexual content whereas the rest of the world to differing degrees gets cuts for violence.

"Sexual content"...hm... what would that be... ?

probably the hot coffe mod in San andreas, but thatīs the only game with sexual content isnīt it ?

MGS3 has some sexy scenes in it... but I guess itīnot cut...

is there a country without any rules, so I can get the real FULL VERSION of any game ?

Damn!
without the UK/US... I would be screwed

Language differences in text get changed quite frequently, stuff like colour/color. I can't think of any changes that were made to English voice acting in different English regions.

The British voice acting for the very Japanese Siren / Forbidden Siren didn't go down so well, even here.

Final Fantasy IX use British spelling in UK, US spelling in US.

Final Fantasy X, the americans got the standard edition, UK got the international version (normally exclusive to Japan). (did not believe me? read wikipedia)

I'm pretty sure FFX International had more game content added over the PAL version of FFX.

Edit: ignore me, for some reason I thought they expanded the whole monster rearing thing for International and that it was released after PAL FFX.

no.
PAL = International NTSC-J
NTSC U/S = Original NTSC-J

PAL was released a day after International version.

Believe me, I own the original japanese, PAL, and International.

PAL/International have dark aeon battles and penance, which is not available in US.
the only difference is that international includes switchable japanese/english text. International use O as confirm, PAL use X as confirm (I personally prefer International use of O button)
the rest of it are the same (english dialog, etc)

For kingdom hearts, no difference between US and UK. I own kingdom hearts 1 and 2 in all of these versions: Japanese, Japanese Final Mix, UK, and US

FYI, my PS2 and PS3 are Japanese (well, at the end I also have UK PS3)

EDIT: too late to ignore you
