Hi all, Not a "deal" but unsure where else to put this.
Anybody have experience with this. Ordered a 55 inch TV from Amazon.ca that arrived defective. Before doing so, I talked to chat rep regarding what happens if it is defective (as it was a replacement for a Best Buy defective tv so wanted to know their policy. Rep said somebody would come and pick it up and I could get a replacement. However, when I go to set up a return it: a) doesn't give me an option for replacement b) only offers I'll ship and Pay option c) says they will refund $3.99 of the shipping cost I imagine shipping this large an item will be over $100! Either way, it's a defective product. Shouldn't amazon foot the shipping? I haven't contacted them about it but wanted to see if anybody here had experience with this?
