Just received this email from Craft Recordings:

Unfortunately, the issue is wide on the US production run. We were this week made aware that the manufacturer used the incorrect audio for Disc 4 (whereby it repeats the Disc 2 program). We’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience and any understandable disappointment.

We’re working with our vendor to get replacement discs in for Disc 4, so we can send these out to all affected customers as quickly as possible. Please could you provide your mailing address, so we can get a copy straight out to you once the replacements are received? I will send you a notification once the replacement disc ships as well.
