The Dutch publisher Source 1 Media announced they will release Monsters of Man on UHD on 20th October 2021. Both this and the normal Blu Ray will include Auro 3-D soundtrack.

Is there anywhere to get this shipped to the UK? Bol have it but don't they ship internationally anymore.

Mediamarkt seems to ship to the UK (when checking out, choose 'Verenigd Koninkrijk'. The site is only in Dutch. But Google Translate is your friend. Be aware though. Because of Brexit you might be taxed by customs. Happened to me more than once when ordering through Zavvi...
