Thanks. I bought the 2 seasons of the Munsters. I always thought there were more than 2 but maybe it's the amount of episodes that made me think that (over 30 episodes per season). I skipped Charles. I liked it in syndication as a kid, but can't see myself watching it.

Yeah I thought that to back when they were released on DVD, but yes they are long episodes definitely getting your money's worth at $4.99.

And I had bought a season of Charles back on DVD and it was still enjoyable so I grabbed those as well. It will likely be a show that I half watch while doing other stuff. But again at $25 for the complete series well worth it.

Not very good deal on season 1 of Charles In Charge but the S2 is an ok deal but the other 3 seasons is great deal compared to the prices for the sets on AMAZON. Season 4 and 5 were AMAZON exclusives (DVD-R's, which I never bought when they came out originally and now cost way too much, $9.98 for both seasons, 52 episodes, was a no brainer to me). Great deal on Munsters but I have them on DVD already!

Vudu doesn't even have The Munsters or Charles in Charge at all (they have the 1996 TV movie The Munsters - Scary Little Christmas, but not the show). If they did have them, and if they did match the prices, I'd be all over them.

Was there some kind of recall on season 1 of Charles in Charge . There are 2 same Universal sets one more blue and 1 purple . Different code on the spine and I see some replacement discs on eBay . Is one defective ?
