Yeah. Only BLU for me.

They're releasing the Indy trilogy as Special Editions on May 13th though:

Curious.

Who cares. It's not Blu. Won't get it period. I'm not going to double dip all over the place either between DVD and Blu. Watching anything on DVD only makes me drool for the BD copy even more. Self torture sucks.

I won't get the DVDs too, as I said, only BLU for me.

But this thread is about "Special Edition DVDs", I had to mention the Indy release.

Also, I'm curious to what kind of special edition it would be? The swordsman shoots first?

I remember you could get the 2 disc version the same price as the single disc. Thats before they started putting every movie out on single and 2 disc.

No more SDs for me, I can't stand to watch them anymore, and am even selling my old ones on ebay a little at a time. I started last month with about 1200+ and am down to somewhere near 850 +

Unfortunately Yes, I am still bothered, because Disney still release classic Disney on DVD only, and I always want the highest SKU.
If BD available, then its BD all the way

I am going to be honest and say if they would just release a film as the film no frills just a film I would be delighted. I never watch the bonus discs i just want to see the film.
So long as they transfer a really good audio and visual onto a Blu disc then I will be happy .

I still buy DVDs but only very few and mostly Disney films like Aristocats (purchased last week) and the upcoming 101 Dalmatians.
