Default NYPD Blue

I've been having a look around but it doesn't look like it's ever been remastered for Bluray or for HD streaming. Is that true?
Also, seems to be very little in the way of online communities for it. I expected more.

Also on dvd it doesn't seem it had a great success.
If I'm not mistaken it was one of the earliest shows to be released on dvd, there were boxset here in Italy in the mid 2000s... but they quickly got out of production and those still on amazon have really high prices.

It’s streaming in HD on Disney+ here in the UK!

Ok. Thanks everyone! My wife and I just went through all of Law And Order and I wanted to show her NYPD Blue because I remember it being basically the best dramatically driven police station program in the US. Not purely procedural but also with actually interesting character development and stories. People always recommend other Dick Wolf shows and I've watched them but for me they get unwatchably tacky and schlocky. Yes, even SVU, I don't have any clue how people watch it.
Anyway, I hope that reviewing NYPD Blue I've remembered it correctly and it doesn't end up being like Melrose Place.

Yes, I would hope so too. It definitely had the budget for that kind of early preparation. Severeal shows in the mid-late 90s to early 2000s were doing that but some very big shows still were not (Ally McBeal).
I'll see if I can scan around and find these HD stream versions that are out there.

In case anyone isn’t aware, the entire series is streaming in full HD (16:9 cropped) on Hulu. Hopefully a full series Blu-ray release is in the future correctly framed to 1.33:1 for the first half of the series as aired until it switched to 1.78:1 later on.

Yes, it feels like The X-Files on bluray but the image is not bad even in the 1.78:1 aspect ratio.
