I just finished watching the season 10 finale for NCIS and I have to say that I'm starting to hate CBS for this crap. First, they killed off Kate, in the season 2 finale. Then, they killed off Jenny Shepard, I could live with that. But then, they opted to kill off Mike Franks (again, a horrible decision).

In the seasons to follow, we also saw the death of Ziva's father, Eli David and now, with the season 10 finale, (spoilers follow, reveal at your own peril):

[Show spoiler]Gibbs is seen holding a sniper rifle, and as a black sedan's car opens, the camera slowly pans up to reveal that Gibbs has FBI Agent Tobias Fornell in his sights


Oh, please tell me that CBS isn't killing off this character and that they're using Gibbs as the instrument of his death.
