Default I Am Chris Farley...(Documentary.)

Virgil Films has picked up U.S. rights to I Am Chris Farley, a documentary about the late comic actor. Directed by Brent Hodge and Derik Murray, the pic features interviews with his co-stars and colleagues including Christina Applegate, Dan Aykroyd, Mike Myers, Adam Sandler, Jon Lovitz, Lorne Michaels, Jay Mohr, Molly Shannon, Bob Odenkirk, Bob Saget and David Spade.

Virgil will open the docu from Network Entertainment in the late summer in select theaters, and it will premiere August 10 on Spike TV, followed by a VOD release.

I was just remembering Chris Farley early today and spent an hour on You Tube watching clips and interviews with him as well as some video's of others remembering him. He was gone way before his peak, i will look forward to watching seeing this.

Just read the bluray.com review. Had not even heard of this until now but really looking forward to checking it out. Farley films were a staple in my house as my brothers, mother and I were big fans. I remember seeing Beverly Hills Ninja with my cousins and aunt. He definitely went before his time but we'll always have his short but wonderful filmography to keep us laughing.

Was talking about this with my wife, we are both 40 and loved watching Farley on SNL then later in his short film career we both said its gonna be a hard documentary to watch without emotion but glad it was made.

Now $4.99! I just picked this up. I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen it before. I’ve seen a few Chris Farley things and I’m not sure if this was one of them. But he’s one of my favorite comedy actors ever so I figured I’d go for it.

Happy Birthday to Chris Farley. Today he would have turned 60! Doesn't that make you feel old? Loved him the moment I discovered him on SNL and have never stopped. Wish we could have gotten some more from him. I think I'll watch Tommy Boy tonight for the 300th time!
