Ghosts of Mars is definitely lower down on my list of Carpenter favs, but it’s great fun nonetheless.

Every month it's another Carpenter that isn't one of the two I want so badly. I'd say four but I doubt Dark Star or Someone's Watching Me ever get UHD releases

Where the hell is ... PRECINCT 13?

The 4K restoration was done like 3 yrs ago.

Carpenter is one of my heroes. But I can't stand anything he did after .. They Live.

I still want ..Big Trouble.. but that's with Disney.

I want ..Dark Star. But we know the 4K will be a botch job by VCI.

I knew knew knew this would be the next Carpenter title to uhd! Another excellent Thanksgiving gift. I really couldn't care less about the order of things at this point. The reality is, it's practically a certainty that we're going to get In the Mouth of Madness fairly soon, no matter what. I can practically taste it.

The thing that's weirding me out a little bit is the conspicuous and bizarre absence of an Assault on Precinct 13 uhd release, which seems like it should have happened quite some time ago. Smells a bit fishy. Fingers crossed. We just have to wait and see, on that score. Meanwhile, I'll be happy to revisit Vampires and Ghosts of Mars in 4k while waiting for it. Still Winning!!!!!! Time to pull out your wallets and thank Shout once again for more mid-tier Carpenter in 4k, folks. Another box, gleefully checked
