It started at some random time this morning after I posted a message, but for some reason it was on the wrong thread. I went back, deleted the message altogether, went back to the forum and it was the messages from last night.

When I use my history to bring me back to those pages, and click refresh, it says the link does not exist.

have you restarted the pc? Changed the inside battery(Its a little watch battery on the circuit board)
