Does anyone else want Fast and the Furious? - Blu-ray Forum

So despite alot of people not liking these movies, I secretly do. Especially the last one since I currently live in Japan. I really want all three in a nice box set. Any word if this will ever happen on blu? Thanks all.

I want it - and if the news on HighDefDigest is anything to go by, even Toshiba are thinking of dropping HD-DVD, so it may not be long.

I want Fast and the Furious on Blu becase that would mean Universal finally saw the light and went Blu. Would I own the movie, other hand is another question entirely.

Yes, I like these movies and when a Blu-ray box set becomes available, I will buy it to replace my DVD set.

Not a chance I'd pick up this garbage... to own! I would love to hear some of the car sequences from all 3 films in DTS HD MA or PCM though, so a rental is not entirely out of the question.

I really liked the first one. Not so much a fan of the other two, but I find it hard to own one piece of a set. So I'd get 'em all.

by the time the fourth installment is released to video, Universal will be blu so it will be a nice 4 disc box set

Yeah, I'd love a boxset of the f&f movies.. would replace the dvds very nicely.

I want them all badly...I could do without #2, but want 1 and 3 for sure.

Ditto...don't want the movie, just want Universal in general...there are plenty other movies that I want that are distributed by them.

I get your point, but it's like saying you wouldnt watch Goodfellas cause of all the people killed by gangsters.
