Hrmmm.... I dunno. She's been dead for a while and the genre she worked in died with her pretty much in ever becoming bigger. While not forgotten, she's also very much heavily ingrained w/ the 1990s.

I don't think this would make a lot. Getting this on Netflix is probably better for it to get exposure.

Tejano and norteña definitely are not dead.... also last time I checked there was still a lot of interest in her.

I don't really listen to Spanish music that much, but I do know well enough that Selena is the exception of that genre (especially in Texas). Like Michael Jackson being the king of pop for example. Yet, a lot of Michael Jackson fans, and MJ himself, aren't really big into pop.
