I never met Steve Harvey and maybe he's a decent guy in real life, and he is a good host in terms of the basics, but from what I've heard from some of his behind the scenes crew, he's arrogant and with an inflated ego, which he often subtly admits on his Family Feud host duties, even having some poll questions about himself. I'm sure he writes most of the survey questions too, which have veered very far from being a family themed show.

I think he's got like 20 shows that he hosts. Over-saturation. I do remember The Steve Harvey show from years ago that he started on.
