Note: It should be noted that the theatrical version of the film is only on the 4K disc. The included Blu-ray will only have the alternate "raw cut" which, is a full-length alternative cut with a split-screen comparison between the final cut of the film and a version with unfinished VFX. Until we get a higher resolution picture of the steelbook image, disc art looks consistent with existing fox 4ks, so maybe not. Curious if it'll have dolby vision when we do get that higher res pic, I believe it only says dolby atmos at the bottom of the 4k disc from what I can make out.

Well whatever we get here is all we’ll get. If you want to own the movie, this is it. It’ll be better than the Blu-ray, and certainly streaming, regardless. Disney also usually locks Atmos to the 4K disc, so, unless Sony changes that old habit, then there’s that to consider as well.
