Hello, I have recently watched a press screening of this film. It is a shot on video analog style indy film. You can see they used a lot of satire with scream and ghostface. The Filmmaker revealed to me that they reached out to the rights holder about the mask and actually sold the IP to funworld (or is it funcity?) who own the Ghostface IP. So they have created a new official version of the mask that will be released at some point.
It is a really fun and actually well acted SOV horror comedy. Those are hard to come by. If you are interested in the movie it can be bought on ebay or their gofundme page. I interviewed the director Sean Q King and I will share that below. We get deep into discussion about this film. |
