Like it has been said, there is no single definitive edition. The UK Deluxe gets you the most in one package, you're just missing the commentary and I assume the original Japanese titles version of the film.

The US Steelbook and the Watch-Along editions together would get you everything, besides the English titles version (unless Toho uses that one for the Watch-Along 4K disc).

The irony in that Toho gives the US slightly more affordable editions only for some of us to still pay over $100 for this movie. I could believe they didn't have the extras' subtitles ready for the Deluxe set's US release but preparing a commentary just as the wide-release comes out is just shady. There aren't many movies I would double-dip on like this, but Minus One is one. Just got to wonder if there's still some uber everything edition to come.
