Yep that's right, Anime Limited will be releasing One Piece Film: Red on the 4K Ultra HD format for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

This will be their 9th 4K Ultra HD release I believe (prev. ones were Weathering With You, Millennium Actress, Your Name, Belladonna of Sadness, Future Boy Conan, BELLE, Violet Evergarden the Movie, and Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water) and for context these titles have been worked on by either MediaOCD or VDMS.

Much like their other releases, a collector's or deluxe edition box set is expected. That said, I am not 100% sure if the TV episodes that were related to the film will be included, given Crunchyroll UK has the license to the main series, but never say never so expect more info on the whole set pretty soon.
