I'll take a DMC exclusive of anything over not having it at all. You might be able to find people on here who are willing to help without having to resort to reseller prices on ebay etc.

I personally didn't much like the art style used for this, if Dreamworks can keep the same style (albeit cheaper) for the HTTYD series then I just don't see why others can't keep their original style as well... but I may get it eventually just to show Disney there's a market for their TV shows. I still have my VIP discount I need to use lol

Well DMC sounds like a bit of a hassle to deal with for it to be worthwhile as described to me. There's a couple things exclusive to that club that I may want at some point, just don't want to deal with DMC based on what I've heard of it.

Not surprised it is DMC exclusive but at least it's happening.

What have you heard? The overwhelming number of members here have nothing but good experiences. I wish it wa 100% but I don't think that exists. OTOH much of what I've seen written on various sites is just wrong or self inflicted

So what's the cheapest way for me to buy this? Idk anything about DMC. I think I have to get a subscription to that service first?

Also, for anyone who's seen this, does the relationship between Rapunzel's dude and her handler get any better? I stopped after the first two episodes because her handler was so antagonistic toward dude for seemingly no reason.

Do you mean her handmaid Cassandra?
[Show spoiler]She turns out to be Mother Gothel's daughter, betrays Rapunzel in the end of the second season and becomes one of the main villains of season 3, she wants to kill Rapunzel, but she's redeemed by the end of the season.

I’m gonna guess this comes out around March 22nd, 2022.

Hopefully both DuckTales series are announced soon after.

SO happy this is coming out - I honestly never expected it to get a complete series release, let alone a Blu-ray release!

Now hopefully it'll have 5.1 sound. It should, but there's always the weird chance it's just stereo. Alan Menken got his EGOT for the amazing songs on this show, they need to sound as good as possible!

Do you think the songs in the show are better than the songs in the movie?

Honestly? A fair amount of them are better, yeah. And I like the film's songs. The one Menken won the Emmy for, "Waiting in the Wings," is an all-time great Disney song for me.

First -- are you in the US or CA?
If not, then the cheapest way is probably to take advantage of someone in this thread who is selling items and hopefully will pass on some of the discounts they receive.

DMC isn't a subscription service -- no monthly or annual fee and really no ongoing purchase requirements after you meet your initial item purchases. It's not really a good method to buy if you really only want 1-2 items, but if you have 6-8 items in their available BD and/or DVD list you'd really like to have then it can be an incredible deal with pretty minimum work.

It is the cheapest way to get the item if you figure overall cost/item. The best way to start is to read the DMC Thread in the deals section -- read the 1st couple posts a few times and maybe a few pages of the thread to get an idea.

Well I might try it out eventually. Just someone I knew had it and apparently just couldn't figure how to get out of it until like two years after they started. Thanks for the correction everyone

Did they not fulfill their requirements? Because once you do that, all you have to do is call to cancel your membership. Or keep it and just be sure you cancel the featured title every month once they email you about it. I've gotten to the point where I don't have enough movies to get as my enrollment that it's best to just keep it and keep cancelling the FT's and wait for exclusives I want.

There are a lot of Disney TV cartoons I would have rather seen get this release, but at the same time there is a bigger picture here. Anything is in play. Hopefully there are more releases like this and Rescue Rangers from the entire DTVA history. I also hope we see some Disney Anthology shows get this treatment. 2022 could be a very interesting year for Disney titles on disc.

The Disney movie club is not as complicated as a lot of people make it out to be. Your initial order is about four movies for the price of $1. Then all you have to do is order I believe four or five movies at regular price within one year. Then you’re all set. I’ve been a member for a few years now and I just ordered this set this morning as well as a second copy for a friend
