My copy just arrived. I've only heard a few of the 2024 remixes as Queen released them on YouTube, and while I wasn't a fan (auto tuning Freddie?!) I have to admit that I can't turn down a rare chance for more Queen in surround sound. I'm much more forgiving of surround mixes changing things, as I expect it to be a different experience to the originals, so I'm curious about what I'll think of this one once I sit down to properly listen to it.

I loved the two DVD-A albums they released, and the incomplete Video Hits DVDs had great mixes too. I've been hoping for more surround mixes ever since but they've been strangely absent on every overpriced box set over the years.

Part of me hopes that this is the start of hearing more Queen in Surround...but I also really hope that any future mixes aren't quite so revisionist.
