This working copy is an intermediate version of John Woo's montage that Universal showed to a panel of test viewers.
It includes more than 20 minutes of additional scenes.
To this day there is only this 117 min copy resulting from the digitization of a VHS that we present to you, despite its technical imperfections

I think the reason you can't find it easily, because they aren't really official releases made for the disc.
They aren't mentioned on the back cover either.

And it looks like the french subtitles for the main feature are forced on a standalone player, but not through a software player like PowerDVD. I'm gonna try to play it in my Sony UBP-X700 in a few minutes as I'm copying the Blu-ray at the moment to see which bonus features are on the disc.

Very intrigued that they’ve included the work print in the extras! I’ve been hoping someone like Arrow might release something similar but I’m very tempted to pick this up
