The movie is great. It's funny as hell and the story is really good

Not to me it's not. The only way it changes is for people to climb off the new release price gouging hamster wheel.

Great film! I plan on getting this....but 25.00 dollars great it is not! I wont pay more than 19.99 for it and Im sure it will be there at that price before the summer is over.

The PQ is pretty accurately detailed in the review here on the site, and the AQ is depicted pretty well too. Of course there are no real audio-heavy scenes in Gran Torino.

I will mention, however, the PQ is much better than I expected. I expected some grain (for some reason these types of films seem to have grainy transfers), but it's pretty clear in most scenes.

I'm watching on a year-old 32" Samsung LCD TV (I sit around 3-4 feet away) in 720p.

Definitely pick this movie up if you can. I paid $30.00 for it (premium has to be paid for the mom & pop store...especially to get it early!), but I feel like it was worth every cent!

Saw it in theaters. Movie has horrible acting in my opinion. Eastwood was great though.

This movie was so full of win. Saw it in the theatres and can't wait to get in bluray. It was funny without trying to be. It held a good message that people can change without knowing it. Would have to say its the one movie I could recommend to almost anyone.

I picked this up early at my best buy today for $25.99!

I love it when best buy screws up and puts the blus out early!
