Trouble redeeming Valerian

I wasn't sure where else to ask this question.

Has anyone redeemed Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets recently? I have a code for the movie and really want to add it to my collection. It is showing valid on europaredeem.com, but when I choose vudu and click redeem, Vudu says no promotion found. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and if you have found a way to redeem. Not sure who to contact, but I'll probably start with STX later this afternoon and see what they say.
