Despite my best efforts to keep track of when each store/distributor charges for a pre-order, I simply can't keep track of who charges immediately and who charges upon order shipment. In the past I would simply ask in the distributor/stores respective thread, however I figured that I'm not alone in my confusion as this information often comes up throughout the year and that this information would make for a useful reference thread. I'm asking for your assistance in helping me identify any/all online stores that one can buy movies from and for your assistance in answering the questions of when each store charges for an order (Immediately or upon Shipment) as well as whether they have a free shipping threshold for orders to make this as comprehensive as possible.
