Default Roger Corman Black Scorpion Series

Did anyone here enjoy both the black scorpion movies and the TV series from Roger Corman? I’ve got the dvds in my collection but really hoping a company might eventually put it out on blu-ray. Any thoughts? Would you like to see both movies and the TV series on blu-ray?

The first BLACK SCORPION with Joan Severance was a decent B movie but the sequel was very disappointing in comparison because of really bad direction and editing. The TV series with Michelle Lintel was fun in a way despite the very cheap, cheesy fights and car chases A Blu Ray box set that would bring together the two films and the TV series, with a few extra bonuses (interviews, audio commentary, making of..)? why not!

I liked the 1st film a lot for what it was, and it didn't hurt that Joan was a hot commodity in those late-night Skinemax films before this came out. It was a film enjoyable enough that I could introduce it to my lady-friends over the years as I bought the DVD. None of them disliked the movie.

I remember not liking the sequel very much and felt the series fell flat at the time, but I've softened on my expectations for things so I'd give it another go. I thought I may even have had the score to the 1st film as well, but I can't find it so I may pick that up once it's on sale again. I remember liking some of Kiner's work quite a bit. I'm sure BSX will have a nice topless shot of Joan in the artwork as that seems to be their thing.
