This is great news. I'm a little surprised they didn't do a standalone 4K release for Ju-On too, and perhaps even a Steelbook edition. Similar to how they did the Ring collection and Ring standalone.

Isn’t this technically incomplete? Missing Beginning of The End, The Final Curse and Sadako Vs. Kayako. Plus, the second movie not getting a 4K restoration is a disappointment.

Artwork is unimpressive as well.

I imagine they didn't want to include reboots and crossovers with the main franchise films. It's possible they might be with other rights holders too, though I haven't checked yet.
