KaiGusto made mention of michaeldvd.com.au reviewing this title confirming it is 1080i. A recent visit to Big W has complicated things even further. I saw Basic so decided to check it out. Yep, not only is this one 1080i but it's not even true 1080. It's some average upconvert so I encourage everyone to stay away from it. This would be the first time I have thought ill of Icon.
