Default Amazon.de wrongly translating movie titles

I've noticed a really annoying issue with German amazon, possibly affecting other of their sites: it automatically translates to English the German title of movies, and not to the real English title of the movie, it must be using some auto-translation tool, resulting in movies listed with incorrect and non-existing movies.
For example, "East Of Sumatra" is called "Prisoner Of the Jungle" because in German it's called "Gefangene der Dschungel".

Is it my browser that auto translates even though I did not ask for such a thing?

Don't think using the original English title of movies has ever worked for me on Amazon.de when searching or viewing the product page. Even with the now English language option. I just search for it here and use the amazon link, or search by cast and director with "blu ray" .

It is Amazon's own translation feature which can be changed back to just show original German. Just on the right of the Amazon search bar you will find a flag and shorthand for the language chosen. Choose German (DE) instead of English (EN).

It's not the search function (although I guess that is also affected) it's more than I put items in my cart and at some point I want to proceed with the purchase and I need to see a real movie title, not a made-up one .)

Thank you, did just that, don't know why it suddenly changed.
