Spoof of 80's slasher films that I found to be more hit than miss. Quite a bit of violence with practical effects. I hadn't heard of this until it opened on a limited release.

VOD on January 14th.

This didn't do so great in theatrical, with only $43K this weekend and a per screen average of $181.

My theater had it, but they only had one showing per day at 10PM.

Caught this at AMC a few months ago and it’s… not good. Maybe worth a watch if you’ve got a kid you’re gently introducing to horror but even they might be bored. Let’s just say it doesn’t really live up to the title.

Trailer didn't really do it for me. Love slasher movies but prefer them to play it straight.
