Default My TRIO split up by FED-EX!

So i got all excited today when the Fed-Ex guy got here, until i see him unload only one box!!! I was like where is the other two boxes? He was like "HUH ?"

Background: I ordered two Axiom M60-V2 Towers and a VP-150 center channel.

Apparently Fed-ex split all three speakers up! I got one tower this morning. The other one is in Illinois and the third is in Arizona! So upsetting!

I call Fed-Ex up and they are so rude! I am trying to set up a customer pick-up and they are making it nearly impossible! Needless to say I don't think much of Fed-Ex! I think their customer service sucks. So now i am looking at getting the rest of my trio---tomorrow or the next day--hopefully

Dosen't sound like a fed-ex problem. Maybe they didn't come from the same place.

I'm fed-up with fed-ex. Their delivery times are the worste! I have a job working 7:30-4:00.....these are prime delivering hours. Half the time I find myself going to pick up the damn package that I paid an obscene amount to have shipped to me in the first place.

It is a fed-ex problem. They picked it up from the only place you could get Axiom Speakers and they somehow split up the shipment into three.

Axiom on the other hand has outstanding customer service. They have kept me updated throughout every step in this process. And when the one speaker got delivered they thought I had received the entire package. I had to reply with my complaint to them and they quickly contacted fed-ex. They gave me an update and said my other two speakers should be getting here tomorrow. I hope they are right.

My BAD!! That is messed up. Even tho I like Fed better than UPS, UPS does somehow bring everything all together even if they are from different places.

I live in an APT. on the 4th floor, UPS will NOT deliver to my door. While Fed-Ex will come and knock at my door and bring into my apt.

Once I had twisted my ankle bad and I was not walking, the UPS man would NOT bring to my door. I swear I pleaded with the man out my window and explained why I could not come down, He would not. Also this went into the next day the same thing, finally on the 3rd day I had a walker and was able to get on the elevator to the first floor to get my package.

Anyways... the good news is that i got the rest of my speakers this morning I havent set them up yet (had to work), but i'll post pics when i do.

They want the people in the building to come to the front door. Its been times I have seen people in a line to sign and get the package from the driver.
I think to myself, that is one lazy azz driver.

I think Fed Ex drivers are not really employees but are actually contract drivers with no benefits. Fed Ex does it this way so they don't have to pay taxes for (rip the government off) and benefits to their drivers (rip the drivers off). So hard to say who you will get for a driver and how they will be.

Axiom ships the speakers separately, why would blame it on Fed Ex?

Not according to the Axiom representative (who also got upset) and made a call to Fed-Ex. At Axiom they were under the impression all three got here at the same time.

I think i may have to do with their 30 home trial policy. They probably cant start that until all products have been received.
