Katatonia, many thanks for starting this thread. Hopefully, I won't dither this time (unlike with the first printing of the My Bloody Valentine novelization book).

With the board game based on the original Halloween II in the works, I'd love it if they did a novelization book of the film, including the (at least) two other deleted scenes (there has been discussion about them in the North America sub-forum thread about the Halloween: The Complete Collection Blu-ray boxset) which it seems were scripted and filmed, but subsequently cut and apparently lost somewhere in Universal Studios' vaults.

Thanks for the helpful shipping news/reminder Katatonia. Have ordered a copy (the shipping charge seems fair to me for what you're getting). A bit early for me to pre-order the Happy Birthday to Me novelization book.

The sort-of reprint of the original Halloween's novelization (from Printed in Blood) I think is still scheduled for release in late January/early February.

I pre-ordered mine way back in July when it first went live, so it was available a good 6 months before it sold out.

Katatonia, your post in this thread nearly a fortnight ago was very helpful. I wasn't able to pre-order a copy of the SN, DN novelization book until recently, so that update that the book was close to selling out was helpful.

If they post any updates on the Happy Birthday to Me novelization book (ie. it's close to selling out), can you post about it in the North America thread for the film please (my mind has currently gone blank on whether there is a North America thread).

My copy of the SN, DN novelization arrived today (took about ten days to arrive which isn't too bad). Haven't checked it yet but it appears to have been packed well.

Many thanks. Hope you don't think I was telling you what to do. I only suggested posting any updates on the Happy Birthday to Me novelization in the North America thread as there wasn't a separate thread for the book, and this is one of the sub-forums that doesn't get as much traffic as elsewhere (I regularly check Books as there is some good stuff posted in it like these novelizations. Was glad I got a copy of the SN, DN novelization after missing out on the first edition of the My Bloody Valentine novelization).

Have visited Beyond Killer Games' website to see if there have been any new additions to the Shop section, and among the new additions is a second edition hardcover of the My Bloody Valentine novelization. Then I saw the price not including shipping...$60.

They seem to be going overboard with their prices lately. The shipping overcharge on the Black Christmas Kickstarter really annoyed me recently.
