Hoping to conquer her inner demons, she heads for "the Colony," a secluded retreat where her new neighbors are just a tad too eager to make her feel at home. Also, there seems to be a bizarre link between her would-be attacker and this supposedly safe haven. I didn't.
I just bought the regular BD and have the 4k SC Steelbook ordered.

I can't handle two 4k's of the same movie

I also have the 4K steelbook coming. It's gorgeous, so I will probably stick with that. I can't imagine there will be much difference PQ-wise or the special features.

This is exciting news indeed. My preteen self used to love The Howling series, and it will be great to revisit them as an adult in the (hopefully) best quality possible.

The UK Studio Canal release might be better. Shout! borked the compression on all the Halloween 4Ks, and on both They Live and Prince of Darkness on 4K. So the chances this will also get screwed up are pretty high.

Definitely not worth a pre-order given those chances.
